Summer and the college break are coming to an end. For two months my life was, as Louis Armstrong would say:
Give your heart and soul to me
And life will always be
La vie en rose
There is something about this time of the year that makes me fall in love. Rainy afternoons in Buenos Aires are decorated with pink skies, making you daydream and feel like you are in a fairytale.
But as day turns into night, and the pink and purple colors fade, so does that dreamy state of mind. Having to assume responsibilities, study and work turn those pretty colors to black and white.
That’s why I decided I’m not going to allow it and I’m determined to live La vie en rose.

Still autumn evenings are lovely. I’m waiting for the red, yellow and orange colors to come. But there’s nothing compared to going on an evening walk after the rain. I would love to go to Australia one day
